Traditional Music & Dance
Music and dance are an essential part of African culture, used in celebrations, storytelling, and social gatherings. BantuFest promotes traditional music and dance by supporting local artists, organizing performances, and providing training workshops. We showcase different Ugandan musical styles, including the rhythms of the drums (ngoma), the melodies of the tube fiddle (endingidi), and the energetic dances from various ethnic groups. Our goal is to preserve these artistic expressions and encourage young people to embrace their cultural heritage.

BantuFest is a a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation based in Los Angeles, California in the United States of America. Bantu means “people”, all of us united.
