Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara welcomed his rival Laurent Gbagbo(76) on Tuesday, marking the first time these rivals met since the end of the country’s deadly conflict back in 2011 that claimed over 3,000 people’s lives followed his refusal to accept defeat at the poll.
