San Jose leaders pass new gun law.

The new gun law has been passed following the tragic events that happened three weeks ago at a San Jose public transit rail yard when according to police a fractious employee(Sam Cassidy, 57) fatally shot nine of his co-workers and then himself, the colleagues shot were Abdolvahab Alaghmandan, Adrian Balleza, Alex Ward Fritch, Jose Dejesus Hernandez III, Lars Kepler Lane, Paul Delacruz Megia, Timothy Michael Romo, Michael Joseph Rudometkin, and Taptejdeep Singh.

The San Jose City Council  officials in the Northern California city unanimously approved the new law Tuesday  a law requiring retailers to videotape all gun purchase in efforts to discourage straw purchasing, giving law enforcement the opportunity to collect evidence they might need to solve some gun crimes, said City Attorney Nora Frimann.
